How to “Check In” to Facebook Places and Participate in Four Seasons’ “Deals” Using Your Mobile Device

Using the Facebook App on the iPhone or Android

  1. Launch the Facebook App on your iPhone or Android phone and then tap on the “Places” icon on the main screen.

  2. Tap “Check In” in the upper right corner and nearby places will appear. Scroll until you see Four Seasons Health Club and tap on it.

    Note: You must have Location Services turned on and enabled for Facebook on the iPhone by launching the Settings App and going to General > Location Services (turn on) then scroll down to Facebook (turn on).

  3. You will see the current “Deal” being offered by Four Seasons in the yellow box, showing how many “Check Ins” have been applied toward receiving it.

  4. Scroll down and tap on “Check In” and you will be checked in at Four Seasons Health Club and another “Check In” should be applied toward the “Deal.”

  5. You will be taken back to this screen after your “Check In” which shows your recent activity and who else is “Checked In” at Four Seasons with you. You can exit Facebook at this point if you like…you are now officially here!

Using Any Mobile Phone’s Web Browser

  1. Launch your phone’s web browser, navigate to touch.facebook.com and then tap on the “Places” tab on the main screen.

    Note: You must subscribe to a data plan on your phone for this to function. Also, please be aware that you may incur data charges on your phone while using your web browser.

  2. A list of Nearby Places will appear. Scroll until you see Four Seasons Health Club and tap on it.

    Note: You must have your device’s GPS functionality or location awareness turned on in order for the browser to detect your location. Please consult your particular device’s user manual for instructions on how to do this.

  3. You will see the current “Deal” being offered by Four Seasons in the yellow box, showing how many “Check Ins” have been applied toward receiving it.

  4. Scroll down and tap on “Check In” and you will be checked in at Four Seasons Health Club and another “Check In” should be applied toward the “Deal.”

  5. After your “Check In” your screen will show who else is “Checked In” at Four Seasons with you. You can exit your browser at this point if you like…you are now officially here!
