Friends & Family Membership Plan
Even if you’re joining by yourself, this membership offers the best value and is the plan we recommend most people join under.
Here’s How it Works
All Friends & Family memberships have a “Primary” who is the responsible billing person for all monthly dues; for themselves and those under their account. To start a Primary account all you need to pay is $79.97 (+tax) when you join. This includes your first and last months dues. If you’re joining by yourself your month dues will be $29.97 per month, but if you add Friends & Family members to your account we will automatically adjust your monthly dues as follows:
To Join as Primary - $79.97 (includes first and last month dues)
Your monthly dues* will be as follows:
- Just yourself $29.97/month
- Add 1-3 Friends or Family dues drop to$24.97/month (+ 19.97/month per add-on)
- Add 4+ Friends or Family dues drop to$19.97/month (+ 19.97/month per add-on)
*Monthly dues for the primary will automatically be adjusted monthly up or down depending on how many people are currently enrolled under the primary account that month. It may take one to two billing cycles for your rate to be lowered for new add-ons. You can add new members to your account whenever and as often as you like.
Add Friends and Family for only $19.97 each per month
As a primary you can add as many friends and family as you like to your account by paying 1st and last month’s dues (plus tax) for each add-on when they first join. Then each month your account will be charged $19.97 (plus tax) for every add-on under your account. All monthly payments are by EFT.

Cancellation Policy
Our Friends and Family membership requires a 90 day cancellation notice. Since you have already paid your last month’s dues you will only be charged two more payments after you have cancelled your membership and you can of course continue to use the facility during this time. We recommend you cancel in person at the club or if you prefer you may send a certified letter. A $5 fee is required for each member you wish to cancel. Also, if you cancel on the due date of your monthly dues you will still be charged two more payments, so make sure to cancel in advance of your due date. Canceling family add-ons may cause the primary’s monthly dues to increase. If a primary member cancels, but their add-ons wish to continue, then one add-on must become the new Primary for the group.
FlexTyme Memberships
First Family Member $0 Enrollment + $39 per Month
Our Flextyme membership plan is still available, but will be phased out shortly for new enrollments and replaced with our new Friends and Family membership. Join this month for $0 Enrollment fee and get your 1st month free then only pay $39* per month until you decide to cancel** your membership. Each additional immediate family member can join for $0 enrollment fee and monthly dues of only $22* per month.
Each Additional Family Member $0 Enrollment + $22 per Month
(* Additional family members include spouse and children. Children must be 23 or younger and may be added to your membership for an additional $22 monthly dues each.)
Optional Flextyme add-ons: Towel service $10 per month | Tanning $19.99 per month
- * All membership prices are subject to New Jersey sales tax.
- ** Cancellation Policy - Member may cancel at anytime with 30 day notice and paying a $5 cancellation fee per member to club (this means you will be charged just one more time after you cancel your membership). Monthly Dues will be billed to your checking or credit card account. A $10 late fee is charged on all declined or returned EFT payments). There is a 90 day minimum commitment if you take advantage of our current membership special ($0 enrollment and first month free). The easiest and best way to cancel your membership is to stop by the club and pay the $5 cancellation fee. You may alternatively send a certified letter along with your $5 cancellation fee to: Four Seasons Health Club, 626 Delsea dr. North, Glassboro, NJ 08028. We don’t allow cancellations by phone, fax or email.
