Donna has been a fitness instructor for over 20 years. She has her degree in Exercise Science and is certified through ACE in both Group Fitness and Personal Training. She holds specialty certifications in Pilates,Yoga, Martial Arts, Cardio-Kickboxing and Special Populations. Donna has been teaching at Four Seasons for eight years and currently teaches Basic Step/Weights Interval and Yoga classes.
