Trish has been sharing her passion for fitness here at Four Seasons for 7 years and her classes are Cycle Fit and Yoga Fit. She is certified thru Mad Dogg Spinning, Yoga Fit 1 and 2 and has completed 200 hours of yoga teacher training . She also teaches Senior Yoga. Before becoming an instructor, Trish was a member of Four Seasons for 17 years. She enjoys talking with the members about their fitness routines and loves the energy they bring to her classes.
