Biography:

Susan Byrne has been an instructor for Four Seasons since 2014. She currently teaches Les Mills BODYPUMP and spin classes, as well as Target Zone Training classes. Susan, a certified group fitness instructor since 2002, currently holds certifications with AFAA, Les Mills BODYPUMP, Les Mills RPM, GRAVITY Total Gym, Water in Motion and BoxMania. She also has a passion for teaching Boot Camp, Step Aerobics, Water Aerobics, Running, Strength and Core classes.
