You don’t have to wait until 2023—we’ve already added 6 new Aviron Strong rowers to our cardio deck on our 2nd floor! Make sure to check them out. Our Aviron rowers use psychology and design that video games utilize to make workouts habit-forming, confidence building, immersive and ultimately fun. When the workout experience is fun and exciting, you’ll look forward to your next session instead of putting it off, work out longer and with higher intensity and that will help you (finally!) achieve your fitness goals.
Each of our Aviron rowers feature a 22-inch HD screen that offer challenging full-body workouts that feel more like games so that while you row you never get bored. The scenic tour video screen option allows you to take a virtual rowing tour at some of the most beautiful locations around the world.
