YogaFit is a form of yoga that is designed specifically for the fitness industry and incorporates stretch, strength and yoga postures. It is adaptable and safe for a wide range of fitness levels and ages. Please let your YogaFit instructor know if you are new to class so modifications or suggestions can be provided if desired.
