CXWORX is all about building core strength, improving functional fitness of the abdominals, mid-section, and glutes. Basically, CXWORX targets everything from the mid-thigh up to the shoulders, which is an area also known as your trunk. It’s not exactly weight-lifting, and it’s not exactly cardio. We’ll leave it to Christine to show you how amazing this program is! The program uses resistance tubing, which we will provide, but please remember to bring your own mat to class.
