Cycle Express is the express version of our Cycle Fit indoor cycling class. In this 30-minute format, you will sprint, jump and climb your way through a high-energy, zero-impact indoor ride. Less rest and more sweat is the name of the game! Bring your energy and let the music move you through this cardiovascular challenge.
