Membership Cancellation Request

Please read all information contained in this notice. Failure to do so may cause a delay in processing your cancellation.
The online cancellation method is to be used by those who enrolled online, via our website. If the primary account holder originally signed up in person, at the club, the membership is NOT eligible for online cancellation. Please refer to the membership application for cancellation instructions or contact the front desk for further guidance.
IMPORTANT: Before proceeding, please visit the “Payment Methods” page to ensure the default payment method on file is valid. Our cancellation policy requires payment of a nominal cancellation fee. If this charge is declined or refused by your card issuer, it will hold up the successful processing of your membership cancellation.
As detailed in our Terms and Conditions, our Friends and Family membership requires a 90-day cancellation notice and the payment of a $5 per-person cancellation fee, which will be charged to the payment method on file for your account. Within a few days of receipt of your request, our billing department will process this charge automatically. By proceeding with the online cancellation option, you agree to this charge. (You will not be able to call the front desk to make this payment.)
At the time of enrollment, you paid your last month’s dues; therefore, after cancellation, you will only be charged two more payments, on your current billing cycle.
If you are alone on your membership, please list your name in the “Message” area. If you have other people on your membership, please list all members you wish to cancel in the “Message” area. If you are only canceling add-ons, and keeping your membership, do not list yourself.
Once your cancellation request is reviewed, and successful payment of the cancellation fee is verified, you will receive a confirmation email. Please make sure your email address is up to date. This process may take a few days. If necessary, your email address can be updated on the Account Details page. You may also want to add “[email protected]” to your address book, to avoid missing emails that may be filtered into your spam folder.
If we encounter a problem related to the above information while trying to process your gym membership cancellation request, we will be unable to process your cancellation until the situation is resolved. If this happens, you will receive an email describing the issue.
