New Early Morning Summer Bootcamp Classes

New this summer! 6am Bootcamp on Mondays and Wednesdays starting July 9th at Four Seasons Fitness

New this summer!  6am Bootcamp on Mondays and Wednesdays. Start your day with Bootcamp class! With a focus on functional movement, along with cardio, strength, power and core work, this class offers a wide variety of training techniques and workout designs. Bootcampers will use a range of equipment including barbells, dumbbells, steps, bands and more, while experiencing high-intensity interval training (HIIT), weight training segments and tabata drills.  We are happy to offer this new “summer only” class on a 4 week trial basis for the month of August.   Classes are as follows:  Monday with Christine from 6am-6:45am and Wednesday with Dennis from 6am -6:45am Get ready to get sweaty!!!
